Software
Under Firmware you’ll find the operating system for our products that can be loaded onto the corresponding device from the PC via interfaces (e.g. via Bluetooth or wired interfaces). Drivers are Help programmes and updates for other devices (e.g. PCs) ensuring optimal working with our products.

Declarations of Conformity
The CE Declarations confirm that our products and product groups fully comply with all requirements of the EU Directives. The RoHs & WEEE compliance certifies that our products comply with the latest regulations concerning contents of harmful substances and disposal and recycling of electric and electronic equipment.

Missing Downloads …
... in Software means that the drivers and software supplied with the product should be up-to-date at this time. Please also note that the manufacturers of your operating system, your graphics/video and audio hardware as well as any software may publish updates from time to time that may contribute to a more stable and better functionality of our products. For instance, in order to playback MPEG-4 files recorded with our digital cameras on a 10-year old operating system, some operating system and Media Player updates are required.
