Pre-approved returns (RMA)

Please proceed as follows when returning goods to us:

Step 1
Deciding on the Return of Material

By contacting one of our Support representatives by phone or e-mail you can agree the return shipment of a device.

Step 2
Preparing the Return of Material

To return any goods to us, you will first need to obtain an RMA number and the return address of one of our Service Centres.

The RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorisation) allows the respective Service Centre to identify and allocate the received items. Therefore, this number must always be positioned visibly on each package that you return.

Step 3
Preparing the Shipment

  • Our Support will provide you with an RMA number that is valid for 14 days plus the corresponding shipping address.
  • If possible, send the product by using its original packaging material.
  • Include proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) and the warranty card (+ Delivery note, if available).
  • Make sure any package regardless of its size (e.g. even for an SD card) is always sent with all shipping costs paid.
  • Make sure all goods are safely packed into a robust parcel.
  • Place at least one valid RMA number that is clearly visible on the shipping parcel and send the good(s) to the address that you received together with the RMA number.
